To help outline our commitment to our clients, Bullseye Food Marketing has drawn up a Client Charter.
Our Client Charter states the following -
Bullseye Food Marketing will:
- Respond to all our client calls promptly
- Send any meeting agenda 24 hours in advance
- Send a contact report from all meetings within 24 hours
- Agree the format and frequency of reporting at the beginning of the project
- Agree the timeline at the start of the programme
- Agree budgets (including expenses) at the start of the programme and agree billing procedures
- Communicate openly and frequently with the client
- Evaluate activity effectiveness both during and after projects
