To help outline our commitment to our clients, Bullseye Food Marketing has drawn up a Client Charter.

Our Client Charter states the following -

Bullseye Food Marketing will:

  • Respond to all our client calls promptly
  • Send any meeting agenda 24 hours in advance
  • Send a contact report from all meetings within 24 hours
  • Agree the format and frequency of reporting at the beginning of the project
  • Agree the timeline at the start of the programme
  • Agree budgets (including expenses) at the start of the programme and agree billing procedures
  • Communicate openly and frequently with the client
  • Evaluate activity effectiveness both during and after projects
