Kieran O’Connor is a business development and Production Systems consultant with Bullseye.

Kieran has over 17 years experience working in the Irish Food Industry, with 11 years senior food production management experience with companies such as Nestle Ireland and Irish Pride Bakeries.

Kieran has vast experience of working at all levels in food production from Supervisor to Factory Manager level having had management responsibility for up to 100 employees.

Kieran has also managed a wide range of multi-million Euro food investment projects from conception to completion.

Kieran has also extensive experience of working in the areas of food distribution and warehousing and is very familiar with the particular challenges of distributing food products in Ireland.
