Conor Hyde (BSc. MMII), Managing Director, Bullseye Food Marketing:

 
Conor founded Bullseye Food Marketing in 2001 to service a growing demand for expert, best practice, business marketing support for owner-managed SME food companies on an outsourced basis.
 

Bullseye Food Marketing is a full service marketing & training consultancy which offers “real world” experience of marketing fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) on national and international markets.

There are currently four employees at Bullseye Food Marketing with a +20% business growth rate year on year for the last ten years.
Bullseye currently runs a number of SME training programmes on an annual basis for the various City & County Enterprise Boards, the IEA, UCC, IMI, LEADER, and BIM, to name but a few.

Conor Hyde has over twenty years Sales & marketing experience having held senior Marketing manager positions with Golden Vale/Kerry & Dairygold Co-op.

Conor has over the years successfully managed FIVE of Irelands TOP 100 grocery brands such as: Dairygold, Mitchesltown, Cheestrings, Easisingles, Galtee, Calvita, Golden Olive, Golden Pastures, Country Pride, Ballyclough, Easigold, Churn, Charleville.

Conor also lectures on food marketing for UCC, IMI, BIM, Teagasc, ICOS, SKILLSNET, Udaras Na Gaeltachta, and LEADER Networks.

Conor is also an approved business mentor with Bord Bia, Enterprise Ireland, City & County Enterprise Boards, BIM, and the IEA.

Over the last ten years Conor has worked directly as a food business consultant and mentor with over 100 Irish SME food companies.

Conor was recently chosen as an expert consultant to appear on the televised RTE series “Higher Ground” which helps rural entrepreneurs to start their own on-farm business.

Originally an honors B.Sc graduate of Food Business from University College Cork, Conor is also currently a serving council member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland (www.mii.ie).
